Weekly WalkFit Class

Class Fee: $5.00 per class.

If you can walk, you can do WalkFit. There’s nothing complicated to learn and no fancy equipment needed. You get a great workout in a short amount of time. WalkFit is a 30 minute multi-muscle walking program set to music that burns calories and gets you in shape. People of all ages and levels of fitness can do it. Get in shape without buying expensive gym memberships or exercise equipment. Most of all you will get fit, lose weight, and have fun.
