Library Survey

Be a part of the future Brentwood Library!

 

We want to know your vision for The Brentwood Library.

 

Click here to participate in a library survey to be used in our strategic planning process.

 

In order to better serve Library patrons, your input on a variety of topics is needed. Your responses will help greatly in planning the future of Library services and programs.

The survey is being conducted for the Library, and its partner, private, nonprofit organizations - the Friends of the Brentwood Library and the Brentwood Library Foundation. Survey and planning costs are shared by the Library's Friends and Foundation organizations.

The survey was developed by the independent Library Strategies Consulting Group, based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. All responses are directed to Library Strategies. All individual responses are confidential, and no survey responses will be connected to particular individuals in the aggregate reports provided to the Library and its affiliated partners.

The survey takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete on average. The survey will remain open until the end of the day on Friday, February 20, 2015.

Have you ever checked out an e-book from the library?

The Pew Research Center, a non-profit research organization in Washington, D.C., is conducting a survey of public library patrons who borrow e-books. If you have checked out or downloaded e-books from a public library, please consider taking the survey. All responses will be confidential, though your answers may be quoted anonymously in a future report. The survey should take about 15 minutes. To take the survey, click here.

The Pew Internet Project will also be doing more general surveys of public library users, and surveys for people (including non library users) who own e-readers or tablet computers. If you want to participate in those, click here to be notified of future surveys.
