Four Week Meditation Program

Have you tried meditation or seen the images of peaceful people "basking in bliss"? With the endless list of health benefits such as lowering blood pressure, increased attention and decreased stress responses, meditation seem like such a simple and healthy solution!
This four week class is designed to help you set up your own successful personal meditation practice. We will look at how to settle the nervous system, the basics of meditation, and enjoy a half hour guided meditation each week.
