Join us for coffee, conversation, and fun! The Stitching for Charity will meet next on Tuesday, February 19 from 10:00 - 12:00. The group is working on the following projects:

• Lap quilts for Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center
• Hats and scarves (child to adult) for local shelters and non-profit groups
• Baby hats and incubator blankets for Centennial Women’s Center

Knit or Crochet a Santa Hat

Knit or crochet a jolly Santa hat just in time for the Christmas holiday! Please bring these supplies: Red and white yarn of your choice in similar sizes (2 oz. of each color) and the crochet hook or knitting needles specified on the yarn package. This is a two session class.

Beginner's Knitting and Crochet Classes

Knitting Class
This three day class will teach you to cast on, knit, purl and cast off. With these basic knitting skills, you'll be well on your way to creating beautiful handmade knits for yourself and for the people you love. Please bring the following supplies to class: One 3 ounce skein of yarn and the knitting needles recommended on the yarn package.

Crochet Class
Crocheting will give you a lifetime of pleasure and relaxation. This three day class will teach the chain stitch, and single and double crochet. Please bring the following supplies to class: One 3 ounce skein of yarn and the crochet hook recommended on the yarn package.
