Grand re-opening celebration tomorrow!

On Saturday, Sept. 19th, at 10 a.m. the Brentwood Library will open its new and renovated areas. Please join us for the ribbon-cutting at 10 a.m. followed by a morning full of tours, refreshments, entertainment for kids and short programs for adults.

What you can look forward to at the “new” library:

· Larger Storytime and Children’s Learning Center

· A new theme in the Children’s Library, complete with new murals, sculptures, stained glass and really cool entrance features

· New Recorded Arts Room for movies, music and audio

· New Teen space

· Computer Lab, Conference Room and five reservable Study Rooms

· New Brentwood Room

· More space for books and materials everywhere

· More comfortable seating for laptop users and browsers

· New technology with flat-screen signage and displays
