Naxos Music gets Portable!

Maybe you've used Naxos before to listen to some of the thousands of classical music, jazz, and world music CDs in their collection from any computer. Naxos now has a free app for your iPod or iPhone that lets you listen to all the same music on the go!

First, follow the steps below to set up one or more playlists on the web. Then, download the NML app on your iPod or iPhone and all your playlists will be at your fingertips.

Here's how to make a playlist. Do this part on the web, not your mobile device:
1. Go to Naxos Music Library.
2. Login with your library card number.
3. Click on the Playlists tab, and then Sign up to make your personal playlist.
4. Click New Playlist and then give it a name. You may want to do more than one!
5. Now go find music to fill your playlist; we suggest starting with the Genres tab at the top.
6. When you find a song to add, checkmark it and click Add to Playlist on the left.
7. Then keep looking for more music.
8. Log Out when you're done.

Then later, on your iPhone or iPod, add the Naxos Music Library app
1. Search the apps store for NML - it's the only one with that name.
2. Install it (it's free).
3. Remember when you signed up to make your playlist? Sign in with that email & password.
4. Go to My Playlists to play your playlist.

Never heard of Naxos Music Library before? They've got over 500,000 tracks, from classics to rock music. You can check it out here.
