From Feb. 1 until March 28, it will not be possible for patrons or staff to place holds on library materials. This temporary change is unfortunate, but necessary in order to ensure that library records are migrated accurately. During conversion to Polaris, the hold system will not be stable. We don’t want to promise something we can’t deliver. So the best solution is to briefly suspend holds until the system is operational. We will continue to fill requests for holds that have already been placed.

Placing holds on library materials
From Feb. 1 until March 28, it will not be possible for patrons or staff to place holds on library materials.
