Summer Reading Program 2012
This is how the program works:
· Each child sets their own reading goal and may sign up to read as much as they wish.
· If the child is too young to read, they may sign up to be a listener.
· Each child (or parent) will keep a list of books that they read or that are read to them.
· They may also choose to keep track of the minutes or pages that they read.
· At the end of the summer, children who have completed their goal will receive a certificate and a special prize.
We also offer a variety of programs for children of all ages. Please pick up a brochure at the library or go The Brentwood Library website to get more information or to register. Registration starts on June 1st at 9:00 a.m. in the Children’s Library. Online registration starts on June 1st at 12:00 noon.
