NEW Exercise Class - Tai Chi Qigong Basics

For those new to Tai Chi Qigong, this class will concentrate entirely on the basics of Tai Chi and Qigong, with emphasis on form, focus, intention, and changing weight safely. Students will learn the warm up sequence, the crane and deer animal frolics, and the first 6 movements of the sun style short form. Once comfortable with these movements, students can continue to the Level II class with more confidence and awareness, fine tuning and learning the remaining 36 movements.
