Healthy Living Six Week Program (Part II)

This 6-week program is designed to teach you the framework of the disease prevention lifestyle, and coach you to begin incorporating the changes that are required to accomplish it. By living the disease prevention lifestyle, you will:
  • Reduce chronic inflammatory states caused by eating inflammatory foods and living a sedentary lifestyle
  • Reduce your risks for many chronic diseases, including diabetes, heart disease and Alzheimer’s
  • Improve your mood and energy levels.
