Do you like history? Whether you're a local history aficionado, or you just think the 80s are really cool, you'll like seeing the digitized contents of the 1987 Brentwood Time Capsule.
The capsule was buried for 25 years in Maryland Farms Park, and then opened at a Brentwood City Commission meeting in March 2013. It includes a 1987 copies of the Nashville Banner, Review Appeal, USA Today, and Brentwood Journal (complete with great 1980s hairdos!), a Northside Vikings hat, a handwritten letter from the head of our Children's Library, and more.
