Laughter-cise is offered Fridays at 11:15 am. This class teaches laughter exercises that can be practiced alone or in a group. Continuous short bursts of laughter produce profound physical, mental, and emotional benefits by forcing deep breathing, which increases oxygen delivery and lowers stress hormones. Research shows that one minute of continuous laughter is equal to ten minutes on a rowing machine!

All classes require registration and some are available for as little as $5 a class! For more information and to register check out our calendar of events or contact Robyn Zandi at x8510.
