Strength and Cardio Interval Training

Celebrities and celebrity trainers are all about combining strength and cardio with a style of interval training called "high intensity" training. Join us for a 10-week session of Strength and Cardio Interval training on Thursday mornings beginning November 6th. The class will meet on Thursdays for 10 weeks from 10-11am.

The beauty of this session will be having a personal trainer next to you to guide you and adjust exercises to your level. You can workout next to a baby boomer one side and an athlete on another side, yet all of you will get the best workout particularly for you!

Our sessions are small and our trainer does not workout with the group but is there to make sure you have the proper form, proper level of intensity and that you are working out in a safe environment. We also use a lot of power bands (not resistance bands) that will seem so harmless, but once you start training with them... we are sure you'll change your mind! Come out and try us out for only $5 a session! Can't beat that!

 Instructor Bio: Leks Stanic, health and wellness expert, has formed CPFitBody studio after realizing how much false health information is provided to the public. Leks, who had once lived unhealthy herself, has learned on her own about proper lifestyle and discovered that anyone can benefit greatly from wellness programs. Leks has completed over ten fitness and specialty certifications through nationally recognized organizations such as NCSF, AFAA, Exercise, Etc. and IDEA. Her background consists of Strength & Conditioning, Track & Field and Muay Thai Kickboxing. She has worked with a wide range of people from athletes to people with specific needs such as women with bone-loss issues to large group training.

Leks and CPFitBody were recently featured on Nashville Channel 2 for a weight-loss workout and meal program they put together and CPFitbody was also voted #1 gym in Williamson County, TN. She is also on the best seller list as one of the authors of “Fad-Free Fitness Formula”. She constantly strives to learn more about body movement, fitness, and nutrition and loves educating others on the same. Leks currently runs CPFitBody studio located in Franklin, TN. CPFitBody offers private training, semi-private and small group training.
