How to Improve Your Gut Health

This 3-week program is designed to help you improve your overall health by dealing with the gastro-intestinal (GI) system. Although the gut has many functions, it primarily serves as a protective barrier against foreign bodies that stimulate the body's protective response. This ongoing response then leads to chronic symptoms and disorders.

Susan Bruey, RN MSN CHC, will teach the function of the GI tract and the possible dietary and lifestyle triggers that can damage its integrity. You will also learn how to assess your gut function and how to take actions to improve it if necessary.

Many disorders begin in the gut. So if you are interested in taking action to improve your health, you'll want to know how to improve your gut health. The class fee is $50 (for all 3 weeks), and registration is required.
