Meeting Room Changes



Meeting Room Changes
We are making changes to our Meeting Room Reservations. We know our guests are busy, so we’ve chosen a new software to streamline the process.

Software Features:
· Make reservations online
· Send required documents electronically
· Pay fees online

The Library Board recently approved the updated policies. Checklists and other options are on our website.

Change highlights:
· Circulation supervisors can provide reservation assistance
· Fees must be paid at time of reservation. Deposits are no longer required.
· Brentwood Library cardholders must make reservations.
· Tax exempt documentation required for non-profit rate
· Renter is responsible for room set up and break down
