We have been hard at work laying out the groundwork for our Harry Potter Alliance Chapter. The Chamber of Knowledge is one step closer to being official! As we complete training, we have some more information for you and dates to mark on your calendars.

First Chapter Meeting

•Elections of Prefect (President) and
Vice-Prefect (Vice-President)
If you would like to nominate yourself or someone you know (ages 15 and older) to be considered for Prefect or VP, send an owl to kersten.fons@brentwoodtn.gov with:
Name, Age, Email, Phone number, Hogwarts house

The Prefect position will be a 2 year term,
with the first year in an active role and the second year in an advisory role.
The Vice-Prefect position will be a 2 year term, with the first year active as
V-P and the second year active as Prefect.
The Prefect and
Vice-Prefect will be able to form subcommittees for Secretary, Community
Relations, Social Media, and other important wizarding roles. There will be a
Library Liaison, a Teen Liaison, and a Friends of the Library Liaison who will
serve as Officers.
Make a note of these upcoming events or your
remembrall will fill with smoke!
