Lightness of
Body and Mind:
A Radical Approach to Weight and Wellness
Thursday,
June 30, 6:30-8 p.m.
Free program.
Registration required.
Local
author, personal trainer, and health coach, Sarah Hays Coomer, will read from
her book, Lightness of Body and Mind: A Radical Approach to Weight and
Wellness, with a discussion to follow about finding better health through what
lights you up rather than what beats you down. You can't get a body you love by
doing things you hate!
