Artist Bio:
Working primarily in acrylics and oils, Bobette’s paintings
capture the beauty of nature and the human form. Her style is eclectic. Although she favors realism, she occasionally
incorporates an impressionistic vibe or dabbles in abstract painting.“Painting for me is a joyous time of play. There is no end to subject matter. Life is a painting just waiting to be immortalized on canvas…those special memories, those special places, that inspiring scenery. I have such a sense of excitement when a piece is turning out as I have planned”
Bobette has been painting for over 50 years. She has participated in art exhibits for decades and received dozens of awards in juried art shows. Bobette’s artwork has been featured in over a dozen galleries in the U.S. Her work is in private collections in the U.S., Switzerland, Spain, South Africa and the Dominican Republic.

Library (FOBL) Gallery Wall and Showcase Display. Please take a few extra

Each artist who displays their collection on the FOBL
Gallery Wall contributes one piece to the our Art Lending Library. With over
230 pieces to choose from, patrons are able to check them out for ninety days.
This artwork is a beautiful addition to the library that includes original
artwork in acrylics, oils, pen and ink, pastels, photographs, and water colors.
