Brentwood Library Easter Egg Hunt

Thursday, March, 24, 2-3pm

The library's Easter egg hunt will take place in the area between the library and Lipscomb Elementary School.  Face painting and the jelly bean guess begin at 2:00 and hunt starts promptly at 2:30.  The park will be divided into four age groups and there will be thousand of eggs distributed.  Bring a basket to collect your eggs and bring your camera to get a picture with the Easter Bunny.   Parking is available at the library, at River Park and at the Civitan lot next to Lipscomb Elementary.

We're looking for volunteers!

Love being surrounded by books? Looking for some service hours for school or your resume? Why not volunteer at the library?

We're looking for hard-working, reliable Restocking Aces 

in the Children's Department 

Tuesdays 6--8 PM, Wednesdays 1--3 PM, and Thursdays 4--6 PM

and in Circulation Saturdays 4--6 PM.

Sub positions are also available in Children's.

We also need volunteers for the following positions on these days:

Clean Team (keep those shelves and materials in tip-top shape) Tuesday--Thursday 

Relocation Technicians (rearrange materials to improve spatial needs) Monday--Friday

Sequence Specialists (the last defense against misshelved library materials) -- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

And...we're look for volunteers to help us do some face painting at the annual Easter Egg Hunt on Thursday, March 24.

We've got plenty of opportunities for you to lend a helping hand. To apply for a volunteer position, fill out an online application. 

The Easter Egg Hunt is Thursday, April 5

Please come to the Easter Egg Hunt at the sports field next to the library. Come at 2:45 to meet the Easter Bunny, get your face painted, and to play the Jellybean Guess game. The hunt starts promptly at 3:15, and we recommend being here and ready to hunt by 3:05. In case of rain, the festivities will be held inside the library in Meeting Room B.
