Judy Powell will share her story of recovery from heart failure. Stricken with idiopathic cardiomyopathy at age 54, Judy is now, at 65, restored to health. She has dedicated herself to showing others the road to health and giving hope to those struggling with chronic illness.

One way to get healthy is to get a chronic disease and learn how to deal with it, but this is far from the best way. We have been taught that if we eat right and get plenty of exercise and plenty of rest, all will be well. But the air we breathe and the water we drink can undo all our efforts.

Dr. Conley Powell will talk about how space technology is used in air purification systems that are available to everyone.
