Volulnteers Needed at the Information Desk

Help wanted! The Brentwood Library needs volunteers to help at the Info Desk on Fridays. Info Desk volunteers greet patrons as they enter the library and direct patrons to the proper departments. They also serve as telephone receptionists. The job requires a friendly personality and the ability to work independently. This is a great volunteer opportunity for students or bookworms, because it allows volunteers to read while they work.

We currently have NO volunteers at the Info Desk on Fridays, so new volunteers can choose their own schedules. The time commitment for all scheduled volunteers is one 2-hour shift per week.
