Book Discussion Clubs at the Library

The April Book Club selections start spring off right with excellent reading.

The morning book club meets on Tuesday, April 24 from 10:00 - 12:00. They are reading Room: A Novel by Emma Donoghue. In this story, Room is the world to five-year-old Jack. But to his mother, it's the prison where she has been held for seven years by Old Nick. Jack's loving mother has used her creativity to make life bearable for her and Jack, but Room cannot hold them both for much longer.

The evening book club meets on Wednesday, April 18 from 6:30 - 7:45 p.m. They are reading All We Ever Wanted Was Everything by Janelle Brown. The novel follows Janice Miller and her two daughters as they deal with divorce, debt, and gossip. Humor helps, and as their unrealistic expectations fall away, they find their true selves.

There's still time to finish reading! No registration is required to join the discussions.
